This modification builds on the Bronco Raptor platform, refining both power output and design elements while maintaining the vehicle’s off-road capabilities.

The VelociRaptor 500 package enhances the Bronco Raptor’s 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine, increasing output from the stock 418 hp to 500 hp and boosting torque to 746 Nm. The power upgrade is achieved through enhanced engine management software, a high-flow air induction system, and an upgraded intercooler designed to improve cooling efficiency and optimize performance under demanding conditions.

Exterior and Design Enhancements

The VelociRaptor 500 features custom Hennessey badging, new front and rear bumpers, and LED off-road lights to enhance its presence. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with 35-inch off-road tires on Hennessey-branded wheels, reinforcing its capability on rugged terrain.

Interior Details

Inside, Hennessey offers embroidered headrests, custom floor mats, and VelociRaptor 500 plaques, signifying the vehicle’s limited-production status. However, the Bronco’s stock interior layout and features remain largely unchanged to retain its practicality and comfort.

Hennessey plans to produce a limited number of units for the VelociRaptor 500 Ford Bronco Raptor, with availability through select dealerships or directly from Hennessey Performance. Each model undergoes dyno testing and road validation before delivery.
