Serious upgrades from Novitec Rosso turns the world’s most sought-after roadsters Ferrari California T into quite the stunner.

Extremely lightweight yet high-strength carbon fiber wide body kit provides the Ferrari a much more impressive and aggressive stance. The new concept is the logical continuation of the success story of the exciting N-LARGO version of the Ferrari F12.

The new body displays a rousing wasp waist thanks to the new wider front fenders and the fender flares on the rear axle.

Developed by Vittorio Strosek, the German designer who pioneered wide-bodied supercars in the 1980’s, the N-Largo California is a significant departure from the standard Ferrari in both power and looks.

The front fenders, which add six centimeters in all to the front-axle width of the two-seater, replace the production parts in their entirety and make room for wheels designed specifically for this wide body version. The wheels of size 9Jx21 on the front axle are mounted with size 255/30 ZR 21 Pirelli P ZERO high-performance tires and transfer the steering and braking forces to the road.

A ventilation slot integrated into the rear of the new bodywork components on either side eliminates the hot air from the carbon-ceramic brake discs and the brake calipers.

On the rear axle strikingly styled fender flares were formed and seamlessly joined to the production bodywork. The larger wheel wells, for which matching fender liners were designed, offer space for Novitec Rosso N-Largo NF5 NL forged wheels of size 12Jx22.
Their primary visual appeal stems from an extremely concave wheel spider with five delicate double spokes. They are mounted with Pirelli P ZERO high-performance tires of size 315/25 ZR 22.

The aerodynamic-enhancement concept of the Novitec Rosso N-LARGO wide body version was optimized in the wind tunnel and is rounded out with the new rear airfoil.

The back also shows off a stainless-steel sports exhaust system. The ride height is down by about 35mm thanks to sports springs and there is a hydraulic front lift system to compensate for this reduced ride height. It will raise the car back up by 40mm at the press of a button to get over speed bumps.

A normal Ferrari California T produces 553bhp at 7500 rpm and 557lb ft of torque, with a top speed of 196mph from a twin-turbocharged V8. Novitec Rosso's mods bring power output up to 668bhp and deliver a 0-62mph time of 3.2 seconds, with a top speed of 201mph.

By customer request, Novitec Rosso also customizes the interior of the N-Largo at the highest level of artisanship. The variety of colors is just as limitless as the options for a special paint finish for the bodywork and the wheels or for the design of the leather and Alcantara upholsteries.
