Comedian Tracy Morgan's critical injuries which include a broken leg and nose and several broken ribs are expected to keep him in hospital for a few weeks. 

The 6 vehicle car crash left the actor with broken bones and head trauma, condemning him to several weeks in a hospital bed. Morgan remained in critical condition Sunday afternoon, but was more responsive and had improved slightly since the day before. 



The accident occurred when 35-year-old Walmart truck driver Kevin Roper hit Morgan’s limousine from behind, police said, killing a close friend of the former 30 Rock and Saturday Night Live actor comedian James McNair, and injuring Morgan and three others.

Walmart CEO Bill Simon issued an apology that one of its trucks was involved in the accident. “We are working quickly to understand what happened and are cooperating fully with law enforcement to aid their investigation,” he said.
